Sell on Lubechem

Sell next to Lubechem Official — the house brand on every chemical page.

Amazon-type marketplace: one CAS page, many offers. Lubechem Official is our packed stock (the Basics analog). You set your selling price. Lubechem sets the customer price, raises the GST invoice, and moves the consignment.

For D2C brands, manufacturers and small/medium retailers. Need GSTIN, a dispatch warehouse, and a bank account.

From GST to a packed order

Seller reviewing warehouse stock on a laptop

Google first. GST after.

D2C brands and SME retailers start with Google. Then add GSTIN, warehouse PIN and bank in seller center. Lubechem reviews the file before you go live. Staff accounts never become trader accounts.

Operator checking chemical drums with a tablet

Same page as Lubechem Official.

Acetone is one page. Lubechem Official is the house pack from Nangloi. You attach your offer to that CAS — you do not open a second shop. Dyes, packing and lab gear can be your own SKU.

Quality control laboratory reviewing a certificate of analysis

You name your selling price. We name what the buyer pays.

Your base stays private. Customer price, GST and the storefront card are Lubechem’s. Your panel never shows our margin.

Packing cartons and chemical sample bottles for dispatch

You pack. We print the AWB.

Accept → pack → ready for pickup. The packing slip hides the customer and our price. Origin is your warehouse, else Bawana. Lubechem Official ships from our warehouse.

Payout after delivery, not at checkout.

Razorpay capture stays with Lubechem. Settlements are recorded after the consignment is delivered. We do not settle at order create.

Documents

All you need to sell is GST, a warehouse, and a bank account.

Documented trade: GST invoice from Lubechem. Chemicals keep COA/SDS on the product page. Equipment and packing list model, pack and stock.

  1. GSTIN Regular or composition. We still invoice the end customer from Lubechem.
  2. Warehouse PIN Pickup is booked from that pin. Missing pin falls back to Bawana.
  3. Bank account Settlements after delivery — not at Razorpay capture.
  4. Catalogue match Chemicals keep 1 kg / 1 L. Equipment and packing use unit, carton or roll.

Fees and commission

No listing fee. The fee is the price split.

Lubechem is not a 0% consumer marketplace. You set a selling price. We set the customer price. That gap is how the platform is paid. Logistics is booked by us after you are ready for pickup.

Operations

Same page as Lubechem Official

One product page. Lubechem Official is the house pack. Your offer sits beside it. Chemicals keep 1 kg so a buyer in Pune and Kochi quote the same kilogram.

Laboratory quality control

Compliance

COA stays with chemicals. Model stays with equipment.

Buyers already come for batch documents and SKU identity. You supply stock. Hazmat stays unverified until Lubechem says otherwise.

Logistics

Ready for pickup is the handshake

Print the slip. We request the AWB. The buyer tracks on lubechemchemicals.com, not on your WhatsApp.

FAQ

Questions before you apply

Who can sell on Lubechem?

D2C brands, manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and small or medium retailers in the chemical industry. GSTIN, a dispatch warehouse and a bank account are required.

Is this an Amazon-type marketplace?

Yes. One chemical page, many offers. Lubechem Official is the house brand — the Amazon Basics analog — packed from Nangloi. You attach your offer to the same CAS page. Lubechem still invoices the buyer and books the courier.

Will I compete with Lubechem Official?

Yes, on shared chemicals. The featured offer prefers Lubechem Official when that pack is in stock, then other live offers. Your 1 kg / 1 L pack still sits on the same page so buyers can compare.

Is this only for chemicals?

No. The catalogue covers chemicals and ingredients, laboratory equipment, packing and packaging, lab consumables and other chemical-plant supplies. One product page, many seller offers.

Can I create my own product pages?

Shared chemicals (Acetone, MEG, a known CAS) stay on one catalogue page — you attach an offer. Dyes, additives, lab equipment, packing and branded SKUs you can list yourself: name, colour, description, a sample pack and bulk pricing. Lubechem reviews and sets the customer price.

Why is a 1 kg pack mandatory on chemicals?

So buyers compare like-for-like. Solids keep 1 kg. Liquids keep 1 L. Lab equipment and packing use unit, carton or roll — not a kilogram.

When do buyers see my stock on the shop?

Public checkout still reads Lubechem Official inventory until seller checkout is switched on. Your listings, prices, and packing flow are live in seller center now.

How are fees calculated?

You set your selling price per pack or SKU. Lubechem sets the customer price on the storefront. The split is the marketplace fee. There is no listing fee to attach an offer to an existing product.
